We accept most major insurances, private pay, and all major credit cards.
If you are unable to attend in person, we offer telehealth sessions.
Fees are $150.00 for the initial session and $95.00 for each session thereafter.
The client is responsible for all fees. Payment is due at the time of service. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify our office no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify our office will result in you being charged for that appointment.
