We accept most major insurances, private pay, Visa and Mastercard. Many businesses offer Employment Assistant Programs (EAP). We are providers for most EAPs in the area. If you are unsure if you employer offers this, call your Human Resources department. 

Fees are $150.00 for the initial session, $95.00 for each session thereafter. There is a sliding scale available for those that do not have insurance and need assistance based on verifiable total family income. There are a limited number of these sessions available and you must complete a financial assistance application. 

Email sessions are $15 for each email. Email sessions must be paid in advance in blocks of $30, $60, $90, etc. 

Phone sessions are $50 for each session. Phone sessions last approximately 30 to 45 minutes and must be paid in advance. 

The client is responsible for all fees. Payment is due at the time of service. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify our office no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify our office will result in your being charged for that appointment.
